Lorcana League Day - Season 2

Season 2 of the Trade Routes Lorcana League starts today!

Doors open at 1:00pm, open League play begins at 2:00. Entry is free, and the format is Constructed. Players of all levels are encouraged to join, whether you have a fully tuned Constructed deck, or you've just opened your Starter Deck and you're looking to learn the basics. It kicks off at 2:00, but you can come and go as you please; there are no timed rounds and no Swiss pairings. Here's how it works:

Every Sunday here at Trade Routes, players will get together to earn League Points, both by playing games of Lorcana (win or lose) or by participating in a number of out-of-game objectives, including bringing along a new player, teaching someone to play during League hours, or wearing your favorite Disney merchandise. Players may earn up to 10 points per week. At the end of weeks four, eight and twelve, there will be prize distributions to the top 16 players on the leaderboard, as well as some participation prizes for all League players that include pins, promo cards, and other Disney swag. Additionally, this week, every League participant will have the opportunity to purchase two Rise of the Floodborn Boosters AND one First Chapter Booster, at $5.99 each.

We'll also be offering some tournaments to inaugurate Rise of the Floodborn!

First, it's Battle for the Box Sets - entry is $40 and the cap is 8 players. The format is Constructed, three Swiss rounds with the following prize stucture:

1st Place - Choice of either a Rise of the Floodborn Trove or a Disney100 Collector's Edition

2nd Place - The box set not chosen by the winner

3rd/4th - $40 store credit

Our other event for the day is a Starter Deck Rumble - entry is $40. Each player will receive a Starter of their choice, and players may open the included Booster Pack and add any of the cards to their deck, regardless of color. We'll do three Swiss rounds and players will receive a pack per match win.
