1. SPONSOR: The "Trade Routes Gift Card Giveaway" (the "Contest") is sponsored by Trade Routes, 5625 E 41st St, Tulsa, OK 74135 (the "Sponsor").

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM CDT on November 12th, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CDT on November 30th, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of Trade Routes are not eligible to enter or win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

4. PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded. The winner will win one preloaded gift card. The gift card's preloaded value is three hundred dollars ($300.00 USD). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value.

5. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods of entry: a) Free Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit the official Trade Routes Facebook page and follow the Trade Routes Facebook page to receive one (1) entry. b) Social Media Post Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, make a post on Instagram or Facebook featuring a recent Trade Routes purchase. You must include the hashtag #mytraderouteshaul in your post to be entered. This will grant you one (1) entry into the Contest.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person using the same method will be disqualified. All entries, regardless of method, will be combined into a single drawing pool.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: A potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 10, 2025, from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger or other reasonable means on the date of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

7. PRIZE CLAIM AND DELIVERY: The winner must claim their prize in person at the Trade Routes retail location at 5625 E 41st St, Tulsa, OK 74135. The winner may be required to show a valid photo ID and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. The prize will not be shipped or mailed.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if it is not capable of running as planned for any reason. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Trade Routes, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize. By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use their name and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Trade Routes, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize. By entering, you grant permission for Trade Routes to use your name, social media handle, and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
